Responsible

- Assisting client implement Zoho CRM System.
- Understanding of the project’s business objectives and requirements.
- Ensure the development team gets the correct understanding of the project and requirements.
- Gather business and system requirements from clients.
- Assist and consult clients in defining requirements and proposing ideas.
- Contributing values to the client projects.
- Engage with multiple project stakeholders.
- Develop robust and thorough analysis and visualizations of the end-user’s journey flows.
- Work with the Project team (Developers, QA/ QC) to review and transfer requirements through the development life cycle.
- Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues immediately to management.
- Support Project Manager on the change management for the project from requirement clarifications to change approval to change implementation.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project implementation.
- Business knowledge and business mapping is a must.
- Knowledge of software life-cycle is a plus.
- Experienced with any collaborative interface design tools is a plus.​
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- An interest in, and understanding of, project management techniques and computing systems.
- Able to travel overseas for product training.
- Good command in English.
